Job Summary

Elsner Technologies is looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to lead our SEO team and manage end-to-end SEO strategies for domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO expertise, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing client projects while driving measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and website analysis.

Manage On-page, Off-page, Technical, Local, and International SEO activities.

Monitor website performance, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall SEO health.

Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement best practices.

Work closely with content, UI/UX, and development teams to execute SEO recommendations.

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.

Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance updates.

Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, recommendations, and future action plans.

Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and support the SEO team.

Allocate projects, monitor workloads, and ensure timely task completion.

Review team deliverables and maintain quality standards.

Conduct regular performance discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Encourage continuous learning and implementation of the latest SEO practices.





Project & Performance Management

Plan project timelines and ensure timely delivery of SEO activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

Track campaign performance using SEO tools and recommend optimization strategies.

Maintain project documentation and monitor key performance metrics.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of Technical, On-page, Off-page, Local, and International SEO.

Experience managing multiple SEO projects and client accounts.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience leading an SEO team or handling enterprise/client SEO projects.
