Job Description

What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The Talent Acquisition Operations Lead will transform recruiting strategy into disciplined, scalable execution by bridging Talent Acquisition and Service Delivery. This role will ensure hiring processes are consistent, compliant, and efficient while serving as a functional SME to drive operational excellence and alignment across captive and MSP delivery channels.

This role will help shape a more consistent, scalable, and employee-focused HR service model. The role will work across HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, technology partners, and service delivery teams to translate strategy into practical execution, improve service quality, and support a better experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.

How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):

Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:

- Lead the operational execution of HR programs, ensuring policy-to-practice alignment across global and regional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 3 escalations and complex case resolution, maintaining oversight of compliance and service integrity.
- Translate Talent Acquisition policies into standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and training materials.




- Coordinate change implementation with Service Excellence, HR Technology, and Service Delivery teams.
- Consolidate operational insights and metrics to inform Talent Acquisition leadership, identifying risks, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Support vendor performance management and ensure service partners align with Talent Acquisition standards and expectations.
- Translate functional requirements into practical processes, documentation, knowledge content, and service delivery routines that can be executed consistently.
- Partner with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, Service Excellence, and MSP teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and support transformation priorities.
- Monitor service performance, escalations, adoption, and feedback to identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
- Support implementation of current or changed HR processes by coordinating readiness, communications, training, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, employee experience, and operational discipline across regions and delivery channels.
- Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability.
- Coach, guide, or influence team members and partners to build capability, improve execution, and reinforce a service-oriented culture.
- Shape strategic direction, governance, and performance expectations for the function or service area, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation priorities.

Experience:

- 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of teams, programs, service delivery, technology, or transformation in a global organization.
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, HR technology, service excellence, payroll, talent, total rewards, employee services, or related HR process areas.
- Experience working across HR stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, service delivery teams, and technology or vendor partners.
- Ten or more years in HR operations, shared services,



or Talent Acquisition delivery roles with demonstrated expertise in compliance, process governance, and complex issue management.
- Proven success translating HR policies into operational practice within hybrid captive/MSP environments.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- Workday, ServiceNow, case management, knowledge management, payroll, or HR workflow platform experience.
- Continuous Improvement and Change Enablement
- Strong understanding of HR operations, shared services, HR process, HR technology, or service delivery environments.
- Service delivery mindset with comfort managing escalations, stakeholders, process documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and time zones.

Good to Have Skills:
- HR certification, project management certification, Lean Six Sigma, or process excellence certification.
- Experience working in a shared services, GBS, captive, MSP, or outsourced delivery model.
- Exposure to global transformation, operating model change, transition, or service modernization initiatives.
- Process improvement experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience creating executive-ready materials, dashboards, process documentation, or stakeholder updates.
