n We're looking for enthusiastic freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a long-term career in IT Business Development.
n This is not a telecalling or field sales role. You'll receive structured training and work with international clients while learning modern IT Business Development.
n What You'll Do:
n n Generate and qualify leads
n Communicate with domestic & international clients
n Understand business requirements
n Prepare proposals and follow-ups
n Maintain CRM and sales pipeline




n Coordinate with design & development teams
n Learn AI-powered sales and productivity tools
n n Requirements:
n n Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
n Positive English communication (Verbal & Written)
n Basic understanding of Business Development
n Basic knowledge of IT services
n Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
n Eagerness to learn and grow
