Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams
Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and Rajasthani (spoken)
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication




Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Udaipur and nearby regions
Ensure strong market penetration and business development within the assigned territory
Desired Candidate Profile
Results-driven leader with strong people management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Fluent in Hindi with a strong understanding of the Rajasthan market (knowledge of Rajasthani is preferred)
Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
