Zion Hills Golf County , one of Karnataka’s premier golf and lifestyle destinations, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B; operations across restaurants, events, banquets, and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
Drive restaurant, banquet, and event operations efficiently.
Manage food & beverage costs, inventory, procurement, and profitability.
Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B; team.
Implement SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and other departments.
Analyze sales reports and identify revenue growth opportunities.
Handle guest feedback professionally and continuously improve the dining experience.




Requirements 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in hotels, resorts, golf clubs, or premium hospitality establishments preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
Knowledge of HACCP/FSSAI standards and hospitality best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. These responsibilities align with current F&B; leadership roles across leading hospitality brands.
