We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day coordination between our internal teams, partner banks, and business clients. You will play a crucial role in managing operational documentation, resolving merchant/client queries, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

- ​Key Responsibilities​Bank & Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate daily operations between business clients, partner banks, and internal teams.
- ​Documentation & Onboarding: Collect, verify, and process operational, merchant, and banking documents to ensure compliance and smooth workflow processing.
- ​Query Resolution: Address, track, and resolve daily operational queries, operational bottlenecks, and support requests from clients and bank representatives.
- ​Process Tracking: Monitor status updates on daily transactions, approvals, or deployments, keeping exact records and logs.
- ​Reporting: Maintain regular activity reports, daily performance logs, and tracker sheets for management review.
