Role- FOS Collection

ResponsibilitiesVisit customers to collect overdue loan/EMI payments.

- Follow up with delinquent customers and resolve pending collection cases.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit reports in the assigned application/system.
- Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring recovery.
- Follow all company policies, banking guidelines, and compliance requirements during field visits.
- Coordinate with branch officials and team leaders regarding collection progress.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th pass (graduation may be preferred in some locations).
- At least 1 year of experience in field collections or recovery.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
