### **Job Summary**

Sainik Bhojnalaya is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly **Billing Executive** to manage restaurant billing operations, handle cash transactions, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Generate customer bills accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.

* Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card, and other payment methods.

* Verify orders before processing payments.

* Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.

* Prepare end-of-day cash reports and reconcile collections.

* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to resolve billing issues.

* Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide excellent service.

* Ensure proper handling of discounts, coupons, and promotional offers.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.

* Report any billing discrepancies to the Restaurant Manager.

### **Requirements**

* Minimum Qualification:



12th Pass or Graduate.

* Experience: **0–2 years** in restaurant, retail, or billing operations.

* Freshers with good computer skills are welcome.

* Basic knowledge of POS software and MS Excel is preferred.

* Good numerical and communication skills.

* Honest, responsible, and customer-focused.
