Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented MBBS Admissions Counsellor to guide students and parents through the MBBS admission process in India and abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, communication, and sales skills, with a solid understanding of NEET counselling, medical college admissions, and student conversion strategies.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
- Explain the complete admission process, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and documentation requirements.
- Guide students through NEET counselling and seat allocation procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and personalized guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with admission teams, universities,



and management for smooth processing of applications.
- Assist students in completing application forms and collecting required documents.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and admission drives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MBBS admission procedures.

Knowledge of NEET counselling and MCC/State counselling processes.

Excellent counselling and convincing abilities.
