We are looking for an active, reliable, and well-presented all-rounder to join our new bistro team in central Mumbai. This is a hybrid role where you will manage front-of-house customer service while assisting the kitchen with basic preparation and cleaning duties.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items accurately.
- ​Transparent tables, reset dining spaces, and ensure the front-of-house area remains clean and welcoming.
- ​Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation, vegetable chopping, and washing utensils during non-peak hours.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

- ​Education: Minimum 10th pass.
- ​Language: Conversational Hindi, and basic English.
- ​Attributes: High reliability, punctuality, neat personal hygiene, and a flexible attitude toward handling dual responsibilities.
- ​Preference: Candidates residing within a convenient daily commute distance in Mumbai.
