- Conducting Spoken English Sessions at Kishori Centres/Community Centres to young Adolescent girls on a weekly basis
- Community Teacher will work in coordination with the Program Manager and report to Program Manager
- Each trainer to conduct Training at multiple centres (5-6 centres) one session of 2 hours/day
- Training delivery based on the curriculum provided
- Tracking development and keeping records and documentation
- Manage MIS and regular attendance of the Learners
- Also hold civics and life skills classes in accordance with the module given
- Promote and foster an environment of learning and development through the use of cutting-edge technique.
- Motivate students and encourage active participation to reduce dropout rates.
- Home visits and Parents meeting to share updates and Progress on the learner’s development
- Map the ongoing development of each Learner
- Report any complaints girls have made or received.
- Leading events, workshops, guest lectures, and enjoyable activities for the class in accordance with the specified planner
