Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Gold Loan through open market sourcing.
- Identify potential customers by visiting local markets, shops, and residential areas.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, and benefits to customers.
- Convince customers and close sales for gold loan business.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.
- Coordinate with branch team for loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per bank policies.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking / Field Sales / Loan Sales preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field work and lead generation.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated candidates required.
