Position: Customer Support Executive (Domestic Process)

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate & Undergraduates (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Any 1 Languages

• Positive interpersonal and customer handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Salary:

• Fresher- 13,000 to 15,000

Exp - 15,000 to 25,000

Night Shift Allowance + Over Time

Allowance + Performance Allowance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email

• Provide prompt and professional customer support

• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high service quality

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Follow company policies and quality standards
