Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain loan products (Business Loan / Personal Loan / OD) clearly
- Generate quality leads and convert them into logins
- Follow up with customers for documents and status updates
- Maintain proper call notes and customer details in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and login targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely
- Follow company sales process and compliance guidelines
