Job Description:

- Perform facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, bleaching, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty services.
- Recommend suitable skincare treatments and products based on clients' needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of workstations and tools.
- Ensure client comfort and provide excellent customer service throughout the visit.
- Maintain accurate client consultation and service records.
- Assist in achieving monthly service and retail sales targets.
- Upsell salon services and beauty products whenever appropriate.
- Follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth salon operations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beautician in a reputed salon.
- Valuable knowledge of skin treatments, waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new beauty techniques and treatments.
