Production Executive – Embroidery & Product Development

Ayushman Surat Textile is looking for an experienced Production Executive who can manage textile product development, embroidery production, colour approvals, vendor coordination, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Visit 15–20 embroidery production units (Khata) across Surat.

✅ Monitor embroidery production, quality, and delivery status.

✅ Coordinate with embroidery vendors, dyeing, and production teams.

✅ Understand embroidery designs and suggest suitable colour combinations.

✅ Maintain design-wise production records and khata.

✅ Track pending work, production timelines, and dispatch schedules.

✅ Check samples before final production approval.

✅ Support management in developing and launching new saree, kurta, sherwani, and embroidery collections.





✅ Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order completion.

Required Skills

✔ Experience in Textile / Embroidery / Garment Industry.

✔ Good knowledge of embroidery production and fabrics.

✔ Strong understanding of colour combinations and design quality.

✔ Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp.

✔ Positive communication and coordination skills.

✔ Two-wheeler preferred for visiting production units across Surat.

Preferred Candidate

2–5 years experience in Textile / Embroidery / Garment industry.

Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.

Able to handle multiple production units simultaneously.
