Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE – Pre-Sales) to generate and qualify leads for premium residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and possess a passion for sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital campaigns, property portals, and databases.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into potential buyers.
- Update customer information and lead status in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.




- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the pre-sales process.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
