Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales and be capable of generating leads, conducting property site visits, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits when required.
