We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Tele-caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, following up on outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
- Remind customers about overdue payments and pending dues.
- Explain outstanding balances and payment options clearly.
- Negotiate payment commitments as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
- Update collection reports and CRM systems regularly.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and settlements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge, Excel and data entry skills.
- Fluency in Telugu ( preferred ), basic Hindi, and English.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) completed.
- Freshers ( preferred ) and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in collections, tele-calling, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.
