Job SummaryMarvin Rupee Zone is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Tele Callers to join our growing real estate & Loans team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating quality leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.
- Explain Loans & Real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Answer customer queries and provide complete project information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.




- RequirementsMinimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
- Positive communication skills in Telugu are mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred.
- Confident speaking and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is an added advantage).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in Loans & Real estate telecalling.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Knowledge of Loans & Hyderabad real estate market is an added advantage.
- Professional phone etiquette.
