Job Title: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Banca Channel (Insurance)

Job Summary:The Banca Channel role involves selling life insurance products through partnered bank branches. The candidate acts as a link between the bank and the insurance company, focusing on generating business from the bank’s existing customer base.

- Key Responsibilities:Generate insurance business through allocated bank branches
- Build and maintain robust relationships with bank staff (Branch Managers, RMs, etc.)
- Identify potential customers from walk-in and existing bank clients
- Cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct customer meetings and provide financial/insurance advice
- Support bank staff in lead generation and conversion
- Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process
- Provide after-sales service and assist in claims if required
- Participate in branch activities, sales campaigns, and promotions
