Job Description: Web Developer & Growth Operations Lead

Location: Dehradun, India

About the RoleWe're looking for a versatile Web Developer who can also run performance marketing and lead small execution teams. This isn't a narrow coding role — you'll build and maintain our web properties (landing pages, app-support pages), run Meta ad campaigns, dig into performance data, and help lead a small project team, all while using AI tools to move faster than a traditional dev would.

Key Responsibilities

- Web Development: Build, maintain, and optimize landing pages and websites (webinar pages, app promo pages, funnels) — responsive, fast-loading, conversion-optimized.
- Meta Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands; manage budgets, audiences, and creative testing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign and web performance (CPI, CPL, conversion rates, drop-off points); turn raw data into clear, actionable reports.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate a small team of executors (designers, editors, testers) on live projects; assign tasks, review output, keep things on schedule.
- Project Ownership: Take a project from brief to launch — landing page + ad campaign + tracking, end to end — without needing hand-holding.
- AI-Tool Fluency: Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video gen, etc.) to speed up development, copywriting,



and campaign creative production.
- RequirementsProven experience running Meta Ads (campaign setup, audience targeting, budget optimization, creative testing)
- Strong front-end web development skills (HTML/CSS/JS at minimum; experience with a CMS or landing-page builder is a plus — Webflow, WordPress, or custom stack)
- Comfortable reading analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar) and drawing conclusions, not just reporting numbers
- Experience managing or coordinating a small team (5 - 7 people) on live deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to lead a project independently from concept to completion
- Proficiency with AI tools for productivity, content, and dev acceleration
- Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay or similar) is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of app/website QA and bug triage is a plus (we run active app testing cycles)
- Strong written communication — you'll be reporting progress daily/weekly in Slack
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a quick-moving, multi-brand environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with real estate, coaching, or info-product businesses
- Familiarity with Zoom/webinar tech stacks
- Prior experience in a startup or small-team environment where roles overlap
