- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/field team to achieve organizational goals.
- Set, monitor, and drive monthly team performance and business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Ensure timely reporting, performance tracking, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business growth and operational efficiency.
- Candidate Requirements:Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Business Development, Sales, or Team Management.




- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate business and lead high-performing teams.
- Prior experience as a Relationship Manager (RM), Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar leadership role will be an added advantage.
