Job Description:

Rasco Industries is hiring a skilled PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in industrial automation, Servo Programming, and manufacturing systems.

The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, SCADA development, servo motion control, machine automation, and troubleshooting of industrial systems.

- Key Responsibilities:Develop and program PLCs using Ladder Logic
- Perform Servo Programming and Motion Control (positioning, speed, synchronization)
- Work on SCADA and HMI development
- Machine automation, integration, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot PLC and servo systems during production
- Work with sensors, VFDs, actuators, and control panels
- Optimize existing automation and motion systems




- Maintain technical documentation
- Required Skills:Solid experience in PLC Programming (Ladder Logic mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with:
- Siemens PLC (TIA Portal / S7)
- Mitsubishi PLC (Important – preferred)

- Experience in:
- Servo drives and motion control systems
- SCADA Systems
- HMI development

- Knowledge of:
- Industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Preferred Skills:Experience in manufacturing/automation industry
- Control panel and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience in machine commissioning
- Multi-axis motion control experience (added advantage)

Education:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
