The Coordinator (MIS) will be responsible for managing, verifying, and analyzing operational data received from branches. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with branch teams, and supporting management with timely MIS reports and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- MIS & Data ManagementCollect, compile, and maintain data from various branches.
- Verify and validate data accuracy before reporting.
- Analyze data and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Ensure timely submission and maintenance of MIS reports.
- Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate analytical reports for management review.
- Track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Support management with data-driven insights and reporting.
Coordination
- Coordinate with branch teams to collect and verify required information.
- Follow up with branches for pending reports and data updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between Head Office and branch teams.
- Documentation & ComplianceMaintain proper records and documentation of reports.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support audit and compliance-related reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MIS (Management Information System).
- Ability to check, analyze, and verify data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference for candidates with experience in MIS, Operations, Data Management, or Reporting.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or Operations Coordination.
