Role Overview

The Equity Dealer & Relationship Manager will be responsible for accurate trade execution, client relationship management, market support, client engagement, and business growth while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute client buy and sell orders accurately and promptly on NSE/BSE trading terminals.
- Monitor client positions, orders, margins, and relevant market movements.
- Provide timely market updates and basic technical/fundamental inputs using approved research and information.
- Manage assigned clients through regular calls, follow-ups, and personalized support.
- Improve client engagement, trading activity, and brokerage generation through suitable and compliant communication.
- Follow up with inactive or dormant clients and support their reactivation.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC completion, trading activation, and platform-related queries.
- Maintain accurate order logs, client follow-up records, end-of-day reports, and required reconciliations.




- Coordinate with research, operations, risk, and compliance teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Follow SEBI, NSE, BSE, broker, and company guidelines at all times.
- Maintain client confidentiality and avoid unauthorized advice, misleading communication, or return guarantees.

- Client engagement and active client count
- Monthly brokerage generated
- Trading activity and dormant-client reactivation
- New account onboarding and activation
- Follow-up completion and client service quality
- Trade execution accuracy and compliance adherence

Skills Required

- Valuable knowledge of equity markets and basic derivatives
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Basic technical and fundamental analysis knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently during market hours
- Familiarity with trading platforms, Excel, and client-management tools
