- Roles & Responsibilities – Customer Relationship Executive (Stock Broking)Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Handle client queries related to Demat, Trading, and investments.
- Assist with account opening and KYC documentation.
- Provide support on stock market products and services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell investment products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Bonds.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
