- Job Title: Accounts Executive (Billing & Accounts)
- Location: Shanewal, Ludhiana Age Bracket: 24 – 36 Years
- Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)Education: Must be a Regular Graduate (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance) from a recognised college. Note: Distance learning or correspondence degrees will not be considered.
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks in 10th Standard, 12th Standard, and Graduation.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of core experience in Billing and Accounts management.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing & Record Keeping: Manage end-to-end billing and documentation for customer orders.
- Tally Operations: Handle all day-to-day accounting entries, voucher entries, and ledger maintenance using Tally.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present daily MIS reports and financial dashboards using MS Excel to senior management.
- Customer Coordination: Professionally follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service requests.
- Stock & Inventory Support:



Assist the factory manager by maintaining accurate records of stock availability and raw material (RM) calculations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all financial documents meet internal quality control standards and identify any discrepancies for corrective action.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles
- .Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Word) and experience with ERP software.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform accurate rate and discount calculations.
- Communication: Clear and professional communication skills for effective client handling and team collaboration.
- Professional Ethics: Must be disciplined, hardworking, and highly organized to manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Salary :15000-30000
