Distribution Development Executive - (Field Sales)

Location: Delhi NCR

Compensation: Incentive Only (No Fixed Salary)

About the Role

Represent Eternal, a premium tea, coffee, and gifting brand, and expand our luxury distribution network across Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

- Visit retailers and distributors across Delhi NCR.

- Generate B2B sales through field visits.

- Build long-term relationships with premium retail stores, hotels, cafés, corporate clients, and gifting partners.

- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

- Report market insights and competitor activity.

Who Should Apply?

- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, HoReCa, or Channel Sales is preferred.





- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients daily.

- 12 Pass/ Graduate

- Must have a Vehicle to travel (Mandatory)

- Own a smartphone
