People Orbit HR is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. - Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri,
LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (preferred).
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Own laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
