? Position OverviewPNB MetLife is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Back Office Executive to join our Dunlop Branch team! ? In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the branch—managing policy documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales teams, and ensuring smooth everyday administration. ?✨

- ? Key Responsibilities? Documentation & Data Management:
- Verify, process, and update customer policy proposals and KYC documents with high accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date customer and advisor records in company CRM systems. ?
- ⚙️ Branch Operations & Workflow:

- Work closely with sales teams and distribution managers to clear pending applications quickly. ?
- Handle incoming/outgoing branch communications, logging, and daily reporting. ?
- Track daily operational tasks to ensure prompt service delivery. ⏱️
- ? Customer & Partner Support:

- Assist walk-in policyholders and advisors with service requests and document submissions. ?




- Coordinate with central underwriting and operations teams for fast query resolution. ?
- ? Compliance & File Maintenance:

- Ensure full compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and audit norms. ?️
- Maintain organized physical and digital records for easy auditing and retrieval. ?
- ? Qualifications & Skills Required? Education: HS PASS AND ABOVE
- ? Experience: 0–3 years in administrative support, data entry, or back-office operations (Freshers with good skills are welcome to apply!).

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel ? & MS Word ?).
