Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly management reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and salary disbursement.
- Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Income Tax, and ROC filings.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Manage vendor payments, customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor company expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.




- Review contracts and financial documents from a commercial perspective.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using ERP/accounting software.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance),MCOM preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in an IT Services or Product-Based Company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Tamil is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less are preferred.
- Must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in Bangalore
