Talent Acquisition Executive (1–2 Years) – Bulk HiringExperience:

- 1–2 years in recruitment, preferably high-volume/bulk hiring.
- Experience hiring for BPO, retail, sales, manufacturing, logistics, or blue-/grey-collar roles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule and conduct hiring drives and walk-in events.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
- Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) metrics.

Skills:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management.
