- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures and activities on public speaking, body language, and voice modulation.
- Skilled Grooming: Teach business etiquette, physical presentation, and workplace professionalism to boost student confidence.
- Placement Preparation: Guide students through mock interviews, group discussions, and portfolio creation for campus placement success.
- Behavioral Development: Facilitate lessons on vital soft skills including time management, emotional resilience, stress relief, and teamwork.
- Curriculum Design: Create and update training content, worksheets, and online learning modules tailored to specific student demographics.
- Mentorship: Provide individual counseling on communication barriers, accent neutralization, and specific behavioral weaknesses.
