- Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales & marketing strategies for lead generation.
- Build tie-ups with builders, brokers, architects, and corporates.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Manage CRM for client follow-ups and conversions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and site visits.
- Key RequirementsProven experience in sales & marketing (interior design, real estate, or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing & social media promotion is a plus.
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in a relevant role.
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
