⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

? About the Role We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Back Office Executive ?‍??‍? to join our dynamic team at the Dunlop Branch. You will play a vital role behind the scenes by managing daily operations, maintaining accurate data ?, verifying customer documentation ?, and supporting overall branch administrative tasks.

- ? Key Responsibilities? Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and update client profiles, policy details, and operational records in company systems.
- ? Document Verification: Inspect incoming insurance application forms, KYC documents, and supporting files for completeness and compliance.
- ⚙️ Policy Processing: Coordinate backend workflow for policy issuance, endorsements, updates, and renewal processing.
- ? Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with sales managers, underwriting teams, and customer service staff to resolve policy queries quickly.
- ?️ Admin Support:



Assist branch leadership with routine office tasks, document filing, and logistical support.
- ? Candidate Requirements & Qualifications? Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary Pass or Graduate in any field.
- ? Experience: Freshers welcome! 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or back-office roles preferred (Insurance / Banking experience is a plus).
