Role & Responsibilities:

- You'll work as part of a team of Strategic Thinkers, Capability enhancer, addressing client challenges - problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this level includes:
- Defining and documenting the overall End to End solution architecture
- Working together with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
- Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
- Ensuring that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
- Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
- Lead and Co-drive engagements for clients across industry sectors and support initiatives across competency for CRM, Billing and Marketplaces platforms.
- Contribute to practice growth by leveraging experience and best practices Hire, retain, and develop a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team.
- Actively participate in strategizing Sales and Solutioning activities in platform contributing to improve the win ratio and Business success.
- Participate and contribute as required to promote Salesforce by collaborating with stakeholders
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends and initialize Marketplace capabilities for Enterprise products.
- Plan and prioritize own and project teams work. Follow tasks to their logical conclusion and make sure that everything has been done to the right standard.
- Provide inputs on the development of design, implementation, operations, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide inputs on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of Tools and Technologies ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems.




- Provide responsive advice, counsel, education, and service concerning IT issues and trends in the IT industry.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of current and emerging technologies, equipment, and systems. Review and provide input standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- Full time 10+ years of Solution Architect and Designer role in IT experience; Prior consulting, Professional Services and/or Enterprise Experience preferred.
- Experience in designing or implementing Enterprise Digital Marketplace platforms, Partner Portals, Commerce platforms, or Digital Product Catalog solutions.
- Good understanding of Marketplace business capabilities including Product Catalog, Pricing, Offers, Inventory, Partner Management, Order Management, Fulfilment, Billing, Settlement, and Customer Journey.
- Experience with API-led architecture, API Management platforms (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, etc.).
- Experience designing event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, AWS EventBridge, or similar messaging technologies.
- Experience integrating CRM, Billing, ERP, Identity Management, Payment Gateway, and Digital Channels.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, containerization (Docker), Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with solution architecture documentation including Architecture Decision Records (ADR), High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), sequence diagrams,



and integration architecture.
- Understanding of Marketplace KPIs such as partner onboarding time, product onboarding, order success rate, transaction throughput, and platform availability.
- Experience working with Telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems would be an added advantage.

AI & Intelligent Automation Skills

- Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted enterprise applications.
- Ability to identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into Marketplace solutions such as intelligent product discovery, recommendation engines, conversational assistants, and knowledge search.
- Understanding of AI integration using enterprise APIs and cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent).
- Awareness of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and enterprise knowledge management use cases.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and compliance considerations.
- Experience using AI-powered developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with Data Science and AI teams for integrating AI capabilities into enterprise Marketplace platforms.

Additional Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to Digital Commerce or Marketplace platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce Cloud, commerce tools, Mirakl, VTEX, or similar.
- Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture (ODA), and Telecom BSS standards is an advantage.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and architecture certifications (TOGAF, Salesforce, or equivalent) are preferred.
