Roles & responsibilities
Support the engineering, availability, performance, monitoring, and operational activities for Audit portfolio applications.
Monitor critical Audit systems and assist in maintaining high availability through proactive identification and resolution of issues.
Follow DevOps practices to support infrastructure provisioning, operational processes, monitoring, and change implementation activities.
Monitor production environments to identify performance issues, potential failures, and capacity concerns, escalating when required.
Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis activities, including support for 24x7 on-call rotations as needed.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Platform, Security, and Business teams to support reliable, scalable, and secure environments.
Assist with compliance-related activities, including backup verification, disaster recovery testing, ITDR exercises, and audit evidence collection.
Support disaster recovery planning, testing, execution, and post-incident review activities for Audit applications.
Coordinate and execute environment upgrades, deployments, change requests, incident resolution, vulnerability remediation, and end-of-life activities.
Monitor cloud infrastructure utilization and provide recommendations to optimize cost, performance, and operational efficiency.
Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Work effectively within a globally distributed team, ensuring timely communication, issue tracking, and adherence to operational standards.
Provide regular status updates, track action items, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & VOC(Vocation)
