We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Chargeback and Payment Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling chargebacks, fraud alerts, payment disputes, and operational payment exceptions, while supporting the smooth execution of payment processes across multiple systems and partners.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high volumes of repetitive yet business-critical tasks with accuracy and consistency, can effectively prioritize across multiple workstreams, and works well with cross-functional teams. A strong service mindset, attention to detail,



and interest in the payments industry are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Investigate and analyze dispute cases from internal and third-party systems
- Manage and represent chargebacks and retrieval requests
- Ensure accurate and proper responses to disputes
- Correspond with customers, banks, acquirers, and other payment processors
- Update and maintain payments disputes databases daily
- Interact with different departments, including Risk, Customer Care, Reconciliation and Tech Services
- Own or support quality assurance activities for the global Chargebacks and Payment Operations team, including case reviews, feedback, and process improvement recommendations.

We’re looking for:

- A/ B.Sc graduate
- Prior experience – a must
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal). High level of spoken and written English is a must.
- Ability to pay attention to details while dealing with repetitive work
- Excellent computer Skills - Proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to details balanced with swift execution
- Organized, independent & detail-oriented
- Quick learner with ‘can do’ attitude
- SQL knowledge – an advantage
