n About the Role
n We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead and execute high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can seamlessly balance strategy with execution.
n As a Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive critical business initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable processes from the ground up.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead end-to-end execution of strategic and operational programs across multiple business functions.
n Work closely with business leaders to identify problems, define solutions, and drive implementation.
n Own project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and timely delivery of key initiatives.
n Collaborate with field and central teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvements.
n Design and implement scalable processes, frameworks, and operating mechanisms.
n Analyse business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
n Drive cross-functional alignment while managing multiple priorities in a agile environment.
n Take complete ownership of programs with minimal supervision and deliver measurable business impact.
n Build and scale new initiatives (0 to 1) by creating processes, governance, and execution frameworks.
n Prepare business updates, dashboards, and executive reviews for leadership.




n n Preferred Candidate Profile
n n 2–3 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Operations Excellence, or General Management.
n Experience in a generalist role, managing both planning and execution.
n Exposure to both field operations and central/business operations is preferred.
n Candidates from Management Trainee (MT) programs (2020–2022 batches) will be preferred.
n Demonstrated experience in building or scaling processes, products, or business functions from 0 to 1.
n Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
n Comfortable working in highly ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
n Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
n Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
