Job Description We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Inbound Sales) to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, managing escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs). The candidate will also support inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.

n Key Responsibilities
n Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt resolutions.
n Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
n Resolve customer issues within defined SLA timelines.
n Support inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
n Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
n Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
n Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
