As a Strategic Projects Manager, you'll lead high-impact projects across our Global Center of Excellence team that span people, process, technology, communication, and other strategic initiatives outside of core operations. You'll work with cross-functional teams globally to deliver projects on time and with expected quality standard while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership:

- Define project scope, goals, and success measures with stakeholders
- Create project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Lead project teams and manage stakeholder communication across all levels
- Track progress, identify risks, and flag issues early
- Manage project closeout, testing, and handover activities
- Document lessons learned and share best practices

Reporting & Communication:
- Produce and share regular project status reports
- Create dashboards and updates that show project health and progress
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders
- Maintain clear, transparent project documentation

Support & Collaboration:
- Support CoE leadership with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Work across diverse teams to solve problems and drive improvements
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on results

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of Project Management or Business Analysis experience in global organizations
- Proven success managing strategic, cross-functional projects
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle complexity and competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement




- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools
- Positive attitude and commitment to driving organizational change
- Should be comfortable to work in EMEA Shifts
