Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Residential Interiors

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team, focusing on high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client communication and ensure a positive client experience.
- Deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Facilitate project information sharing among all stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and designers.
- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to standard processes.
- Proactively learn and implement new project tracking techniques.
- Track and plan site activities according to the master project schedule, identify potential risks, and develop alternative in office execution strategies.




- Verify contractor and supplier bills against on-site measurements.
- Coach and mentor Project Executives, ensuring consistent application of standard practices for on-site execution and reporting.

Skills:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of high-end residential interior construction and finishes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 3-4 individuals.
- Familiarity with current market rates for materials and labor in residential interior projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (B.E. Civil), or a Diploma in Project Management.
- A minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the residential interior sector.
