- Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and ensure timely implementation in production
- Update and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP/PLM systems
- Verify part numbers, revisions, and change details before release
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and planning teams for ECN closure
- Ensure proper version control and documentation of BOM and ECN records
- Analyze impact of changes on inventory, production, and customers
- Track ECN status and ensure effective communication to all stakeholders
- Support NPI by creating and validating BOM structures
- Avoid material mix-ups by ensuring correct revision control
- Maintain traceability of changes for audit and compliance requirements
- Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
- Drive continuous improvement in ECN and BOM management processes
