Job Description:

Must-have / strongest requirements:

- 3–5+ years in chemical sales / specialty chemicals / transformer fluids / dielectric fluids
- Strong preference for direct experience with:
- Transformer oils
- Dielectric fluids
- Specialty fluids / lubricants

- Bachelor’s degree required; Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field preferred
- Proven B2B account management + territory sales experience
- New business development / hunting experience
- Robust customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with 50% travel
- Must reside in the core customer region, ideally Ontario or Quebec
- Able to regularly travel to Belleville, Ontario production facility
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/field-based position
