Job Description

BGSW is looking for an experienced AI Technology Architect to design, govern, and scale enterprise AI solutions across the organization. In this role, you will define AI architecture standards, drive technical excellence, and enable the successful adoption of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies across business functions. You will work closely with global teams to build secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI platforms that deliver business value.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and define enterprise architecture for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

- Develop architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.

- Lead solution architecture for strategic AI products, platforms, and transformation initiatives.

- Drive AI engineering excellence through MLOps, LLMOps,



model lifecycle management, observability, governance, and security.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and data ecosystems.

- Provide architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and production support.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend creative solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable and resilient AI platforms.

- Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture best practices across the organization.
