- 3–6 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience, with solid command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) — this is non-negotiable.
- Solid experience with React.js, and ideally React Native for mobile.
- Comfort with HTML, CSS, and a preprocessor like Sass/Less.
- Real experience with database design across both SQL and NoSQL.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments.
- A genuine grasp of OOP concepts and solid data structures & algorithms fundamentals — we'll go deep on this in interviews.
Good to Have (Not Required, But It'll Catch Our Eye)
- Experience in the gaming domain, particularly Remote Gaming Servers (RGS), RNGs, or regulatory/compliance frameworks around gaming.
- Proficiency in Nest.js and TypeScript.
- Exposure to designing scalable, high-throughput systems.
