They oversee budgets, manage vendor contracts, lead cross-functional teams, and use marketing data to optimize attendee registration and ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Design end-to-end event marketing strategies tied to specific business objectives and audience targets.Campaign Promotion: Drive registrations and audience engagement through multi-channel digital promotions (email, social media, and paid ads).Vendor & Logistics Management: Source venues, negotiate contracts, and coordinate suppliers, catering, and audio-visual production.Budget Tracking: Allocate funds efficiently and track expenses to ensure events remain cost-effective.Data & Analytics:



Analyze post-event metrics, attendance rates, and conversion data to report on ROI and guide future strategies.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2 to 5 years in event management, marketing, or corporate communications.Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple moving parts and strict deadlines.Technical Literacy: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), ad platforms, and event software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Whova).Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, leadership, and crisis-management abilities.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
