Job Description Key Responsibilities
n n Conduct detailed portfolio analytics and performance attribution to support fund managers.
n Prepare monthly fund commentaries, factsheet inputs, and investment outlook notes in collaboration with the fund management team.
n Develop high-quality presentation materials for internal sales teams, distributors, and external investors.
n Clearly articulate portfolio positioning, performance drivers, and market outlook in a structured and professional manner.
n Participate in investor calls, webinars, and roadshows to present fixed income strategies and insights.
n Deliver customized portfolio analytics and insights tailored to investor and distributor requirements.
n Serve as a subject matter expert for sales teams on fixed income markets, products, and investment strategies.
n n Qualifications
n n MBA (Finance), CA, CFA (preferred), FRM, or equivalent professional qualification.




n Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related fields.
n n Experience
n n 5–8 years of experience in the fixed income domain within AMC, PMS, bank treasury, or a research house.
n Exposure to debt mutual funds, bond markets, or macro research.
n Experience preparing market commentary, client presentations, or fund analytics is preferred.
n n Required Skills
n n Robust understanding of fixed income markets and macro-economic trends.
n Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and analytical tools.
n Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for investors.
