Job Responsibilities

- Install rooftop solar PV systems (Residential & Commercial)
- Assemble and mount solar panels and structures
- Perform DC and AC wiring as per safety standards
- Install inverters, batteries, earthing and lightning protection systems
- Test, commission and troubleshoot solar systems
- Attend service calls and preventive maintenance visits
- Follow company quality and safety procedures at all project sites
- Complete installation reports, customer sign-offs and site photographs
- Coordinate with the project engineer for timely project completion

Eligibility

- ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or
- Relevant experience in solar installation
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply





Skills Required

- Basic electrical wiring knowledge
- Ability to use electrical hand tools
- Willingness to work on rooftops and travel to project sites
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic smartphone usage for photos and WhatsApp reporting
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an added advantage
